This delightful ground floor apartment for six people is in a great location - it's just a few minutes' walk from the centre of La Clusaz, close to the Bossonet ski lift and on the road to the Balme ski field.
There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in La Clusaz, and if you don't want to drive, leave the car parked up and take the shuttle bus, which stops just 150m from your door.
The apartment opens on to a sunny south-facing terrace where you can enjoy a meal or just soak up the sun while you admire the mountain view.
About the property...
Six people will find plenty of space at this practical and cosy apartment, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of the accommodation is on the ground floor of this chalet, which has five other apartments.
The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area opens on to the terrace at Edenalpa. The compact but well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for six people, but there's also a barbecue on the terrace if you'd rather enjoy the view while you cook.
After dinner, relax on the cosy sofas and watch a film, or perhaps look for shooting stars as you enjoy a drink on the terrace.
There are three double bedrooms at Edenalpa - one has its own en suite shower room, while the other two share a shower room and separate toilet.
Neutral colours, faux fur and piles of cushions give Edenalpa a cosy yet contemporary feel - whether you visit in summer or winter, you'll feel right at home.
There's parking just outside the chalet as well as a ski room in the cellar where you can store all your outdoor equipment.

La Clusaz is an authentic mountain village which blends tradition with up-to-date facilities. Its traditional chalets and lively streets offer a vibrant setting with Savoyard charm. Nestled in the heart of the Aravis massif, it is only 30 min from Annecy and close to Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod. Its warm atmosphere and easy accessibility make it a popular destination year-round.
In winter, the resort provides easy access to the Aravis ski area, offering 210km of pistes that combine long descents and technical sectors across La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod, and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. There are three bright double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room, and another shower room and separate toilet.
Despite its great location close to the village, Edenalpa is tucked away in a quiet residential area, with no passing traffic, making it a great choice for families.
Guests have use of a garage as well as a parking area, so if you don't want to drive during your holiday, just park up the car and forget about it - the bus stops just 150m away from your front door. There's also a useful ski room with heated boot warmer, so you'll be ready to hit the slopes in the morning.
There's plenty going on it La Clusaz - you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, and there's a popular weekly market where you can buy fresh local produce. There's also a packed programme of activities for children throughout the summer and winter, and if the kids are happy, mum and dad can relax!

"Edenalpa is situated in a chalet of six apartments a great location close to the slopes. At just 100m away, it's an easy walk, even for children.
The apartment is close to the village too - just a short walk away. The location is quiet, sunny and popular with local residents.
The sunny, south-facing terrace is a great place to relax and have lunch while you enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains and the pistes. The property combines all the facilities of a chalet with the privacy and comfort of an apartment.
